On February 8th, 2006, A report was given on the efforts in Iraq and the stability of the Iraqi Dinar, this testimony was given by James R. Kunder who is the USAID Assistant Administrator for Asia and the Near East. This report and Iraqi Dinar Stabilization information was presented to the Committee on Foreign Relations.
